 Compass For The Caregiver
Caregiving can be stressful, isolating, and have a negative impact on your physical and mental health.  Compass teaches caregivers to care for themselves.  The program is facilitated by a past caregiver who has been trained by the Alberta Caregivers Association and understands how hard it can be.  Along with their fellow participants, caregivers gain an understanding of the journey and learn how to make it a little less difficult.
There are 8 modules and one follow up session.  Registration is by phone (586-3730) or forms will be available at Leibel's pharmacy.  Workshop is held every Tuesday and the cost per participant is $25.00.  Details
